NBC Extra Time Channels...who has them?

IIRC, every cable provider that carries NBC Sports was supposed to add the channels at the beginning of the season...in August. Cox still does not. Does U-Verse, DirecTV, Suddenlink, DISH, etc. have them yet? And how can I find out which year Cox plans on adding them?

DirecTV has had them since the beginning of the season. Wasn't Cox telling someone here that they would have them up by Gameweek 2 or something?

Charter does not have them.

Before the first weekend, Cox told me to check back for gameweek 2 - that it was definitely not on for week 1, but there was something happening for week 2.
Cox added them in parts of the country for gameweek 2. Parts of California for sure, but also some places on east coast (Virgnia?)
They will be adding them to the rest of the country at some point. When they will for LA is just unknown. I finally stopped called asking.

DISH does not have them yet and does not appear to be in any hurry to add them, the bastards...
