Saw it 3 times in the theater. I clicked on the stream of the movie that went live today, thinking "I'll just watch the first 10 minutes or so." Next thing I knew, the entire movie had passed. Man of Steel might be one of my 3 or 4 favorite movies of all time.

I will be buying this blu-ray. It deserves my financial respect and this movie has earned it.
I also love the first flight scene in this movie, you can believe a man can fly and feel some kind of uplifting hope. LINK
Also, I found a photoshop of what Superman would look like had they left the suit alone. Looks interesting.

Pretty cool.
Still prefer the original, but the new suit did not bother me at all. It made sense considering its origins and connections to the past.

If there was one takeaway from this movie, it was that I left it with some uplifting hope that man can fly, provided, of course, that he's an alien.

The new suit is much better than the old one simply because he keeps his underwear on under the costume.
