AC4: Black Flag Thoughts

Never really gotten into any of the AC games. I liked 3 & thought the naval battles were pretty awesome. But this game has me really excited. I think the whole Pirate scene/story is pretty awesome & the map is huge. The game looks awesome visially. Im usually not into preordering but some of the preorder bonuses look pretty cool as well. And I saw where the season pass thing is adding a whole other story with the character from the Vita. Im pretty excited. What are yalls thoughts?

Looks like an entire game centered around the only thing that made Assassins Creed III any good.

I would have probably played this game had there only been three. I was hoping they would go into a modern day assassin soon with desmond. but I guess that option is thrown out the window since he's dead.

After AC2 I really expected to see the next game in New York or some big city where you would climb up skyscrapers. I think they really dropped the ball with that storyline.

Personally I don't care because the game sucked enough to not finish but i still think you should mention spoilers. Everyone on this board has games in their backlog older than this.

The world they are building for AC4 looks amazing, I'm just not so sure the game play will be.

I thought he was by far the best character in the first one. They kind of neglected him (except the beginning) in the second one. I just think he was a good character that was underutilized.
