This is assuming(which I hate doing) that the Saints beat Buffalo and the Jets. I would be happy going 2-2 in this 4 game set and be 9-3 going into the last quarter of the season. Any Thoughts on who you think will prevail in these games?

I'm with you. I'm just hoping we go 2-2 in that because the way it works out is brutal. Even though the Falcons are basically decimated, they'll still play us tough. Cowboys have been looking good as of late. The Niners will be tough at home and not only is Seattle tough, we're traveling across the entire country to play on MNF leading to another short week after that.

All 4 of those teams look weaker now than they either did headed into the season, or at the beginning of the season. We could win them all, but I would also be happy going 2-2, even more so if those two wins were over the Seahawks and Falcons.

That four game stretch is simply playoff prep, I like it!

it really is a brutal fricking stretch

I agree, 2-2 and start preparing ourselves for postseason scenarios

We will likely see one - or more - of those teams again

Defend the dome, gotta win in Seattle now so we won't be forced to later.

3-1 and were in the drivers seat.

we can go 3-1 in that stretch.

beat dallas, sf, atl, lose to seattle

seattle is the only team who can really do what NE did and match up a guy like sherman on graham.

I've said all before the season started that we will go 13-3

We should be 7-1 going into our matchup with the Cowboys in which I think we get a big win..I'm worried about our game in Seattle but it's still a month and a half away

i'm praying seattle drops a couple more games before then so perhaps that game holds little weight in terms of home field advantage for the playoffs.

bad news is the remainder of their schedule looks soft. hopefully they drop one of these road games ahead to STL or ARZ

I can't see them losing more than 2 more games, including the one against us, so maybe add in a 3rd which nobody saw coming and they finish with 3 or 4 losses. If we lose to them head to head we couldn't afford to lose another game possibly, yikes.

Browner is the bigger, more physical of their 2 corners.

am i the only one that thinks the niners win their division? thus making the niners the ones that we have to beat, not the hawks???

that's kind of a scary thought as Sherman is like 6-2 215

not unless Kaepernick can find himself and be consistent. They just don't have enough threat at WR. Boldin is solid but other than that first game, he's been quiet. Kaep needs to be more of a run threat. That's what made him so scary last year.

I was just looking at the same thing. If the Saints can go 2-2 with a W in Seattle then theyll be a heavy lead for #1 spot.
