Entry into stadium has got to change!

Something has got to give when trying to enter the stadium upper deck on the east side. I waited 1 1/2 hours to get into the stadium yesterday only to see 2 ticket takers for the whole upper deck. I witnessed hundreds of fans give up and leave the stadium all together due to the heat. LSU should be ashamed and heads should roll as this has been every game this year. People want to bitch when there are empty seats. LSU shoulders some of the blame.

I saw that overhead pic of the congested gates on the East side on TV. That is messed up. They better get that fixed.

Made it to the east uppers in 20 minutes. Got in line at 1:50.
Saw the other line to the escalator and it was the same asthe one I was in. Why are you getting on here lying about something so trivial?

on TV right before the start of the game you could see thousands waiting in line.

I went in Gate 4 and literally walked right into the gate, handed my ticket and was to my seats in less than 5 minutes

Believe your delusion. The reality was at 1:30pm the line to the escalator was all the way to n stadium drive and stagnant. The ms state fans complained and the fla fans in front of us were commenting on the "poor stadium design" since it took so long to enter.

Yeah the OP is correct. I was at the stadium 45 mins prior to kickoff. My seats were in the SE corner of the end zone. I waited in line on the east side for 5 mins and when I got to the front of the line, the lady told me I had to go in the west gate. Once I got around the whole stadium, I stood in line for 45 mins and missed kickoff and the first possession. There were thousands upon thousands of people behind me too. It was absolutely atrocious. Why would someone in 403 have to enter the west gate. That makes no sense to me.

I was wrong. I had no idea about the east side ramp. My apologies.

The escalators were stopped and people had to walk up them like stairs for a while. Then, about 15 minutes before kickoff, they stopped all people from walking, made sure the escalators were empty, and then turned them back on one by one before letting people back on.

I walked right in at Gate 20, and always walk right in at Gate 20. Your doing something wrong!

I've tried this and was not allowed to do so. We use the stairs down every game, but not for entry.
