My uncle makes my grandmas recipe. We usually eat it raw.

Tried it raw and baked, but man, something about frying it just does it for me.

Fried if I'm at a restaurant. My aunt married into a Lebanese family and they make amazing raw kibbeh and other dishes from their homeland.

Sandra's Cafe and Health Food Store has it on their cafe menu for today. And usually offer it most days.

Where is this 'wherever' you speak of? Like a grocery store? Specialty store? I'd like to have some handy for personal consumption at home.

Only reason I ever heard of it was this Lebanese family down the street would cook it when I was a kid. Fried golden brown is like FIYA.

The usual suspects brah
Zues, Athena, others of the like.

But Sandra's, which is where I'm about to go grab a grilled mahi mahi salad, has a pretty solid cafe. And typically has it on the menu most days

Oh I thought you just wanted to eat it. Not buy and eat/make at home. I'll check Sandra's in a few minutes and report back. They may.
