I'm in the same position. Said I'd never start Romo over Rodgers, but I might have to this week.
Romo gets Washington who gives up the 4th most points to fantasy QBs (22.4)
Rodgers goes to Baltimore who gives up the 15th most points (16.7)

Outside of one game both of them have been kind of meh.
In my opinion you should try to trade Romo since Rodgers already had his bye. Sell high.
