I think you stick with Luck another week until Brady turns it around. Luck is going to get you at least 2 passing TDs, I wouldn't throw that away hoping Brady returns to previous year's production.
If you are 4-1 I'd stick with Luck, if you are 1-4 and need to start taking risks I'd roll the dice on Brady + Gronk.

also have RG3, so it's basically been playing best matchups

I actually owned both Brady and RG3. I just moved Brady for AJ Green as I like RG3's schedule better going forward. It was also a good time to move him based on perceived value with Gronk and Amendola getting back to health.
