Is anyone else surprised that ZM's longest pass is 52 yards?

Surprised that Beckham or Landry haven't gotten behind someone on a deep ball from LSU's territory or taken a short pass the distance yet.

I imagine that stat should change fairly soon.

We really haven't had a long field to play very often. We return kick offs pretty well and the usually start with a run play.

So now we're concerned that the "long ball" isn't long enough. Gotta be over 50 yds with regularity?

Geez, relax. That's not what I meant.

It was just a compliment to the receivers.

If anything, having a longest pass of 52 yards only makes ZM's total passing yardage that much more impressive.

That's actually surprising to me. He's had a ton of great throws.

Without looking I would have thought it was longer than that. Seems like they are always getting behind the defense. Not complaining, Zach, Landry and Beckham have been money

OK. My bad.

So used to the posters here being dissatisfied with even outrageous success.
