Smoking beef ribs and boudin today....

Got 2 fresh cut "brontosaurus" beef ribs, rubbed em down, and gonna put them on the smoker in a lil bit. Also got a couple of links of boudin (was given a couple of links from the Best Stop, I usually go with T-Boys) that I'm gonna put on there too. I LOVE beef ribs over pork ribs, especially these big ones
