shotguns. They have some semi-autos for the $300-$400 in my area and I do not know a lot about the brand.

I have never personally bought one. I know some people who bought their over and under and they are pretty nice guns.

Bought daughter the youth 20 a few years back and I love the gun. I've used it for rabbits and carry it sometimes when I squirrel hunt. Considering its held up to the brackish marsh, daughter and nephew I'd say it was 400 well spent.

So far I've heard nothing but good things about the guns. I was wanting some more experienced opinions. Thanks for the info and keep them coming.

The are on the lower end cost wise. We get a couple through DU every year. I had a friend win one about three years ago and it's been a nice gun for him. I 'd have trouble talking bad about it but keep in mind it's a cheap gun... However cheap doesn't always mean crap.

My cousin has a 20 ga. For $400 I'm not sure you can beat it.

Is it the best? No way, but its a damn good gun.

I bought a youth model 20ga for my girlfriend and I shouldn't have been so cheap and got a better gun. I read good reviews so I got it but I don't like it. We haven't shot steel through it but with light loads shooting skeet and doves it jams. A lot. The metal part of the shell hangs up when ejecting and sometimes the shells don't fire and when that happens it's a pain to get the bolt to open to get the dud out. The fore end stock is always loose and the butt stock has come loose twice. I had to tighten it up today before going squirrel hunting. I should've bought that weatherby 20ga for $600.
