Wine and Cigars-good combo

sitting on the porch drinking a nice Grenache from Nakedwines and puffing a Cifuentes Y Cia is really nice.

I find smoking a cigar generally dulls my palate hence cigars go best with port, scotch, things like that.

This is correct. I like mine with Knob Creek on the rocks w/a light splash of cherry juice.

Can't bring myself to screw up the delicacy of wine with a cigar. A stout craft beer or glass of whiskey though lets do it.

I found a smooth cheap Italian that's become our go to ($12 at langenstiens), monte antico, with a man o war. Nice breeze on the porch tonight. I do I enjoy whiskey better with cigars, but the wine will do the trick tonight.

writing that one down .. will try and remember to pick up soon.
been in and out of the house tonight as well going between watching the baseball game and relaxing on the front porch. nice calm before the storm for sure. not quite cigar weather for me .. but will start buying about 1 a week here soon when it cools off.
