My salsa recipes: Try em

First Salsa Recipe:
6 - Roma tomatoes
1/2 – White Onion
1 – Red jalapeno
1 – Green jalapeno
1 – garlic ‘clove’
1 – orange bell pepper
2- limes (juice)
? – spring onions
? – cilantro
? – cumin
1 – jar of chopped jalapenos
? – salt
? – sugar
Notes: Not as spicy. Tangy taste. Good reviews from many people. More orangey… Rating: 7
Second Salsa Recipe:
7 – Roma tomatoes
1 – orange bell pepper
3/5 – White Onion
1 – garlic clove
1 – lime (juice)
3 – strands spring onion
1/3 cup - cilantro
¼ tbsp – cumin
½ tbsp – oregano
½ tbsp – salt
About 1 tbsp - sugar
4 – green jalapeno
2 – habanero peppers
1 – can of green chile
5 dabbles – worcertsire
Notes: Spicy as frick. Not as tangy. Rating: 5

Now ferment the salsa for a few days and take it to a whole new level. I've done it several times and it comes out great.

For Numbe two, can I use 8 tomatoes , or would that be too much of a change? I don't want to undo the chemistry of this masterpiece.
