Which one would you rather right now for your team?

Reggie has been looking awfully good so far. Of course, a bit injury prone. He gets more carries than Sproles.

To me, Sproles is unguardable. A total mismatch coming out of the backfield.

Both are a threat to take it to the house every time they touch it. For me, a Saints fan, I think Sproles is a better fit for the Saints.

Sproles but only because of Bush's injury concerns. If I am guaranteed a healthy game out of both of them, I take Bush.

Sproles is perfect for the Saints offense.

I just love Bush's ability to make moves after the catch. His injury concerns do worry me slightly.

Sproles. Even if Bush wasn't having any injury issues, small or not, he's still Reggie Bush. Nothing IMO has changed about his running style but just the change of offense, team, etc has put him at a better place in his career right now.

bush is a little more talented, sproles is a lot more durable. ill take sproles for this team, but dont think my answer would be the same for all 32.

I like Sproles more because he seems to squeeze out that extra yard a little bit better than Reg. I like both a lot and can't go wrong with either, I just think Sproles is a better fit for us.

Reggie, and it's not that close. He's bigger, stronger, and more versatile.

Did any of you see his long TD run Sunday? I don't think Sproles would be physically capable of something like that. For whatever reason Reggie wasn't as good as Sproles has been for the Saints though, whether he had growing pains and needed time to adjust or it was a usage issue

Exactly, Bush is in the perfect situation in Detroit [and even the short time in Miami] wasn't that bad.

Sproles is awesome in NOLA. But, I could also see him doing well in San Fran & Seattle's offense.

Did you see the post I responded to? It's more realistic to say it isn't close in Reggie's favor than Sproles.

Reggie proved capable of being an every down back in Miami. He's missed 1.5 games this season and is still on pace for over 2,100 yards from scrimmage. He's a legit threat both on the ground and in the passing game.

I just hate the "it's not that close" phrase. Sproles set the record for yards from scrimmage a couple seasons ago so it's obviously somewhat close

For the Saints offense, Sproles is the perfect back. He's how they wanted to utilize Bush, and while he had his moments, he just didn't fit in as well. Payton really knows how to use Sproles, and he relies on using the running back by committee.

Bush is a perfect fit for Detroit. He's on a team that is set in a spread offense, and they can constantly pick spots to use him in space.

I will always hope the best for Reggie, but I wouldn't trade Sproles for him in the offense. That really just has to do with the scheme. For overall talent, and for many other teams, you take Reggie. They are both dynamic players though.

Bush has definetly "matured" as a RB. He's much better now that he's not trying to play "hero ball" every time he touches it. The game has slowed down for him.

Just imagine how much more dangerous Sproles would be if the Saints could actually run block? The only negative about Sproles (and actually I don't consider it that much of a negative) is that 90% of the time Sproles in in there, the play is gonna be a pass. But that being said, he's fricking unguardable. Brees could get him the ball any time he wants.

Healthy Bush > Sproles

But we don't live in make-believe land, so Sproles.
