Second time this year MLB has shown the NFL who is boss.

Moving the shittiest game of the week to an 8:30 west coast kickoff is definitely not a negative for the NFL.

This is a good thing, I can still watch my Raiders and not have to miss my lovely baseball.

On NFL Network too.

So it's going to be televised live on NFL network? I sure as hell wouldn't want to be a chargers fan walking back to their car after that one.

It's on NFL Network, I already said that.

quote:

File this under “cable confounds broadcast again”: CBS is losing an NFL rivalry game between the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers this Sunday because grounds crews won’t have enough time to convert the O.co Coliseum from a diamond to a gridiron after a baseball playoff game the night before. Major League Baseball didn’t announce the start time for Saturday’s Game 2 of the American League Divisional Series, hosted by the Oakland A’s, until late Monday afternoon. Now the football game has been moved from 1:25 PM PT to 8:25 PT — and from CBS to the NFL Network.

More time for Pryor to recover from his concussion or Flynn to piece together what's left of his ego.

Well I have a very busy sports weekend ahead of me. Plus the President's Cup practically in my backyard...I'm not getting anything done.

Thanks to the late night West coast games on P12N, and DVR'ing the games I don't watch live on Saturday, I could have football on TV 24/7 until time to go to work on Monday. Sleep is overrated.
