Could y'all ever justify this after the disasters that we've had trying to take them early the last few years?

Because we really sort of do need some help there. I know our O-line is underperforming, but we could really use a strong back who can fight for yards.. Like Ingram was supposed to be. We need a star, not a late-round or UDFA hero who plays up above their actual physical talent level.

Anyways, long winded. Could this be justified, or is it off-limits?

I prefer UDFA running backs who have a high motor.

We find better talent at the RB position later in the draft or even after it. I don't see why would waste our early picks on a RB, especially considering we're a passing team.

O Line>>>>>> RB. Consider Gurley in 2nd, but that aint happening. Can't run block for crap.

I would honestly be happy if we drafted 7 different O-linemen this draft.

Ok guys, no need to jump down my throat. I can see we have run-blocking problems.
