What has happened to College Football?

Is it just my imagination or has the level of college football match-ups really gone down this season? I just looked at this weekends games and only saw a couple that look interesting. WTH is going on?

I can't wait for the playoffs next year.

We usually only get a couple top-25 matchups each week. It's always been like that

Conference expansion and some traditional powers are struggling.

College football is weak now and it's been that way since the 07 season

Not really sure it's different than other years. If you have 30 good teams in CFB, and 2-3 good games a week, that is 3*2*15 = 60 good "team" slots. So if OSU plays Wisky, NW, and Mich and they are considered good, then that is 3 slots, while UGA has played USC, LSU and Clemson, so they already have 4 "slots" locked up

This is what happens when teams are praised, then rewarded for playing weak schedules.
I call it, the "Bamafication" of the sport.

Bama has had a tougher schedule than LSU at this point, bud. So that makes zero sense.

Don't we have NW/tOSU and UW/Stanford this week? Sounds good to me.

SOS rankings. Bama 6th. LSU 31st.
Again, after the 12th game is played, LSU will be light years ahead, just as they always are.
Why was Bama scared to play @UGA this year like they were supposed to?
I could do this all day.
Inevitably, Bama will play 2 ranked teams, lose to one, then get a Mulligan or make the SECCG due to their rivals losing out with harder schedules.
Other teams are taking notice, and that is what is happening to the sport.

Can you guys leave the schedule debate on the tiger ran or sec rant?

Yall are really making yourself look foolish with all these laughs. Why don't you actually think about it first? Instead of just quoting popular opinion

Ok, I'll just bookmark this until the end of the season. Does that work for you?
