How do you view Rice the rest of the season?

I am the fence of trying to trade him or ride him out. I am not sure if he plays up to the fantasy level everybody expected because of his injury and Pierce getting some carries.

My other RB's are Morris, Powell, Pierre Thomas and Vareen.

Do I make an offer to send him/Stafford/Hilton for Fred Jackson/Brees/Hartine?

I have him and MJD. Trying to sell low on MJD at the moment.

My thought is that Baltimore will be stupid to not use Rice like they have in the past. He didn't even have a single catch/target in the passing game yesterday. They used him to block the entire game. Let's hope they get their act together and go back to focusing on the run game after Flacco completed 50% of his passes and 12.5% of those to the other team

I'll be sticking with him. Hope it all pans out.

Even healthy they run the ball 8 times a game and pierce gets 4. I'm trying to sell but no one is buying

I seriously think after that game the Ravens look at where it went wrong. I think they realize they need to get the ball to their best player.

what was the level everyone expected? I saw people try to say he was the #2 back I saw other leagues where he didn't go until the very end of Rd 1. I avoided him on all of my teams(5) this year.

He should be a top 10 RB hands down.

I think most people (including myself) expected a little more out of him than what he's producing now, at least from a consistency standpoint, if you look at his stats since 2009.

He can easily end up top 10.

Still really early, I'd wait it out. I'm sure people were saying the same thing about Foster before yesterday.

I dont disagree, but I truly feel like Baltimore every couple of years forgets that he is their best offensive player. Then theyll remember half way through the season and hell have a great second half.

People don't realize 1/4 of the season has been played

The teams who are undefeated now are never the ones who are there at the end. The guys who are blowing up now tail off. It's all about who's performing the last 3 or 4 weeks

And there are still 12 weeks of fantasy football left.

I acquired Foster last week for Trent, Torrey, and Edelman. Now, there is no way Foster would have been moved. Of course, the other owner significantly needed depth after an 0-3 start and being burned by montee Ball and Roddy. Worked out for both sides.

Now, I am going to target Rice, and I hope I can get him on sale.

Yep and the one league I actually own rice, I will likely be 4-0 after tonight. At this point, I am standing pat with him and not trying to move him.

. While true anyone starting 0-4 or 1-3 is in trouble as most leagues you need 8/9 wins to make it into the playoffs. So starting off in a hole makes you think drastic, I know someone thought I would budge on Rice and offered me Danny Woodhead/Jonathan Franklin/DeAndre Hopkins for Ray Rice
