the meltdown hasn't been bad. most posters have taken it in stride. It is, after all, only a game.

and our defense is what it is.

big frustration - what will the coaching staff do?

looks like the concensus of rant is that we should gamble with blitzes. and also to give more freshmen a shot at play. But what will chavis and les do?

I would wager that we continue to play soft zones with a 4 man rush just like we did against Georgia and try to outscore the opposition. and that we continue to play the same line-up, with some small tweaks, maybe.

What do you think they'll do? not what you hope they'll do.

You obviously weren't on the Score Board last night.

The only peacetime in the rant is when it is locked and silenced.

You obviously haven't witnessed a rant meltdown. This is zero on the Richter scale.

The only thing I've seen that's rant-crazy are the calls for Chavis to be fired.

We've been blessed with great players on defense. We have been do for a slight drop off. Next year we will be back dominant on defense once again. Cause no pro teams are gonna want these guys to leave early.

I can't help it, but whenever I read any post from the Rant;

the voice I hear it in, is my neice's 6 year old voice. Try it, yourself....

I like to visit the crazy house just to affirm my sanity. it is sooo wonderful to be validated by other sane mature posters.

it is also wonderful to see how crazy I could be.
I watch the crazies w/ their negative self deprecating behavior and am sooo happy I am not as sad as they.

Poor Chief went from a rant favorite to "he needs to go" overnight.

This. Meltdown was 2010 Tennessee and 2010 Ole miss.

And 1/9/12 obviously.

That's crazy to call for the guys head.

Ill say that I do think that yesterday was a combination of inexperienced players, players not making plays AND bad strategy on defense.

Just my .02, but thought we would have been better bringing the kitchen sink and if they beat us, they beat us...cause we were Definitely getting beat playing coverage.

The fumble on the punt was really the difference in the game. They couldn't stop us when we played balanced offense....was only at the end cause they knew we had to throw.

I still say we control out destiny. Win out plus win a rematch with UGA and were in.
