Gold sheet is an old and respected gambler's tip sheet, just another opinion, but an unbiased one and wow, Richt is 4-16 vs SEC top 25!

Lsu 27 - GEORGIA 23—In this key SEC showdown, prefer to take any available points with LSU, which was unhappy with its 2nd-H performance in 35-21 victory over Auburn. Tigers’ sizzling QB Zach Mettenberger (64.8%, 10 TDs, only 1 int.) owns the superior WR tandem of NFL prospects Odell Beckham & Jarvis Landry (combined 44 grabs & 10 TDs), while punishing 6-2, 235-pound RB Jeremy Hill coming off career-high 184 YR vs. Auburn. UGA mentor Mark Richt is a poor 4-16 SU vs. SEC foes ranked in AP Top 25 since 2000! Envision inspired performance from Mettenberger (native Georgian), who was competing with Dawg QB Murray for the starting job before Mettenberger was dismissed in Athens after a couple off-field incidents back in 2010. Road-tough Tigers (8-1 SU as a visitor L2+Ys) snap UGA’s 13-game home win skein. TV—CBS (11-Lsu -13 42-10 (SEC Championship at Atlanta, GA)...SR: LSU 16-12-1)

Am I reading that right? 20 Sec top 25 teams in 13 years seems low.

I'm guessing this is only at home?

With UF being at a neutral site every year, averaging less than two ranked SEC teams per year at home would seem about right.

that is absolutely not true. I can think of about 10-12 just off the top of my head.

Yet the point remains the same. Maybe he meant 20% winning percentage? Maybe he meant at home? Either way, it's a crappy %.

As a very wise man often says, "The only constant in life is change!"...and when 18-21 year old guys are in control, none of the #s and %s mean squat! Go Tigers...I'm calling it a very close win for LSU!

After checking out google it looks like that is his record vs SEC ranked teams since 2008.

Mark R. is not going to be playing QB on Saturday...the game will be determined by M. vs. M....whoever keeps his cool and delivers the ball more precisely...I'm betting on Mett!

wow, maybe it is just since 2008, but as much as I like Richt and think he is a very good coach, I can see why many UGA fans have had issues with him, that is terrible, flat out, and it is not like they have had no talent since 2008 or have played lsu/bama as much as west has since then...numbers dont lie
