I would strongly consider it and probably pull the trigger, especially if you're season is in dire need of turning around. Maybe try to do a minor upgrade at another position to even it out slightly more. Say a top 25 WR of yours for a top 20 WR of his.
Perfect opportunity to buy low/sell high on Spiller/Lynch and gouge them for even more.

I think I would accept.
You could use the upgrade at TE. You also get some running back depth with Powell, which you could need with Sjax and Drich banged up.
If you think Spiller can turn it around, accept. I don't think he will keep playing so poorly.

Take it. The gap between Cook and Julius is gigantic. Hopefully, Spiller will be good enough.

I like the team I have now if they're healthy, but right now they're pretty banged up. I don't feel comfortable enough to make this trade on my own because Bush could have another Week 1 performance, Cook could as well, and Spiller has been disappointing this year.

I would personally stand pat. Broncos are working Tamme back into the offense as well, so Thomas won't be God forever. I would be afraid to face Lynch/Bush/Cook.
