Whining about being trade raped.

I'm in a 10 teamer (50 buy in) and we have a chicken little in our league. I could see it on draft day. Anyways to keep it short I was picking 8th and my first 4 rounds went Shady, Peyton, Graham, CJ2k. He was at 10 and went Jmail, Megatron then traded his 3rd and 4th pick to come back late 2nd and get AJ Green.
So after week 1 I threw him a trade offer. Jmail and Megatron for Peyton and CJ2k. He took it. Now I'm beating the shite out of him this week and he's calling foul. He's whining about our league should have vetoed the trade and he didn't mean to press the accept button. So he wants me to trade them back to him.
I told him tough luck and grow a ball sack. I've been trade raped before and I know it sucks but I didn't whine like a bitch about it. The problem is like 3 other guys think I should trade them back because I have a pretty stacked team now.
Whats the etiquette here?
Oh yeah, standard scoring and my team is
QB: Russell Wilson, Big Ben
RB: Jmail, Shady, Sproles, David Wilson, Mendenhall, Bernard Pierce
WR: Megatron, Roddy White
, Miles Austin and Chris Givens
TE: Graham and J Cameron (saw his preseason game and took him with my 2nd to last pick
)
DEF: Bengals
K: Akers

Did you guys have any dialogue about the proposal at the time? I'm assuming Jmail is Jamaal Charles? If that's the case, I'm inclined to think he accidentally hit accept. Why wouldn't he have cried before the match up, though?

They are just as much as at fault as the dude who accepted because they could have vetoed the trade after it was accepted. I am pretty sure everyone receives an email when a trade has been accepted. Also, if they make an argument about competitive balance, it is moot because as you stated it was obvious from the draft that home boy was a clueless.

Yeah if he had called you immediately after accepting and said he didn't mean to, then I think proper etiquette would be to give them back (but I can see an argument that you should tell him to frick off in that case too).
But waiting two weeks, then calling foul...screw him and screw the people in your league who want you to give them back.
