People whining about attendance

I can't be the only person who noticed the half empty upper deck at Ben Hill Griffin yesterday

UGA had plenty of empty seats in the lower bowl yesterday.

Can we all come to a consensus and agree that in 2013 it's just different from 1986. There's more extracurricular activities outside the stadium and social media. We have evolved folks, get used to it. Things change.

Not to mention the advancements in television such that you can watch every game played that day. Id much rather watch football on my couch all day and grill out at home than go to a game in the rain

At the game last someone was telling me that the SEC officials are having a meeting, about how they can increase attendance. Seems to be down across the league.

I'd rather see a game live than veg out on the couch. You can watch the games live on your phone/tablet in the stadium anyway.

Everybody is sober by halftime, and LSU fans would rather go back to the tailgate and continue to get drunk while watching the game. Hell, half the student section leaves to go to Serranos or Bogeys like it's a tradition or something.

It's a good thing. People are paying to breathe on campus. It means we are a legit program. Once they stop paying, then I'll stop yawning
