Only had a problem once. Just make sure you have malware bytes installed and updated just In case you have to boot in safe mode and scan

Malwarebytes isn't as effective as it used to be. It hasn't had the definition updates lately that are necessary to stay competitive. Yes, it is recommended to have something on hand to scan your pc after visiting a site like this.
