A cool story about CLM and staff.

Les and staff came not only to the funeral for Ronald martins dad, but the repast too. They came for a while, really sat and visited and mourned with the family.
They came to the families house after the funeral for the "eating" and were mourning with the family.
Ronald Martin has been distracted for a few weeks with this, and our safety play will improve soon enough.
Les and Corey Raymond are really great humans, and gained a ton of respect in the white castle/Donaldsonville area because of this.
Just thought I'd share.

But nobody wants to hear things like this cause Miles intentionally gets his starters hurt by calling fake FGs....
Seriously though, good story. Glad we have a coach who realizes there is more to these kids than just playing football.

But what about the fans leaving the stadium and the fake FG and the les miles taking over the play calling???
I'm sure the Martin family was very appreciative of the staff showing that kind of support fwiw and it's good to know, thanks for sharing

Say what you like about the fans leaving, that shite looked bad on television and sounded worse. Not to mention the impression it gives to recruits. I don't understand why folks just can't admit this and move on.

First of all, prayers and condolences to the Martin family.
Secondly, Coach Miles continually shows why he should be known as the best Coach LSU has ever had when all is said and done.
