CJ2k and a 2nd rounder for Trent Richardson and a 7th rounder

Have been offered Trent Richardson and a 7 for CJ2k and a 2.
My roster
Qb: Kaep
RB: Forte, Cj2k, Lacy, Bernard, Bradshaw, Dwill
WR: Calvin, Julio,Desean, TY HIlton
TE: Cook
Is Richardson a big enough upgrade over CJ2k that I give up a very valuable 2nd round pick here? We keep 4 players each year that are taken off the board first, then the draft is started. A 2nd round pick for my team will likely be an early pick, I'm all about selling out to win this year, but dont want to make any rash trade.

I don't think he's that big of an upgrade to give up your second next year. Maybe a 4th, or give up your second and take back his 4th.
