I have a pair of rabbit's in the freezer and I would like to cook them for the game. I'm either going to do rabbit sauce piquante or fried rabbit. I'd rather do fried but I'm worried about losing the crisp in the transportation process. Any suggestions?

Then you better do a sauce since once you box up a fried rabbit, you're going to lose some of the crisp texture.

Maybe fry and smother it in gravy if you're set on that flavor...ain't dainty finger food, though.

Only way to keep it crsipy is to fry them there
