Bring ear plugs.

Seriously, the noise level in the dome will blow your mind.

Let us know where you are staying and what kind of stuff you are interested in. Nice bars, bourbon crap, etc? If you have some restaurant questions, ask on food board.

It's less than $10 for a cab ride to the dome from the quarter.
Drink before the game, drinks cost an arm and a leg inside. There is tailgating, but it is spotty and in three different areas, that are far apart.

First time in N.O. or just to a Saints game?

My first Saints game was against the San Diego Chargers in the Dome back in 94. I think there were like 40k people there. All I remember is that Michael Haynes almost returned a kick off for a td but tripped over his own feet before he reached the endzone, and on the very next play Jim Everett through a INT.

I'm staying at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. I been two New Orleans for Mardi Gras, weddings, just to hang, but never for a Saints game.

It will be my first saints game in NO that I can remember. Bringing the wife and going to scalp tickets (good or bad idea?)

Going to take it easy on Saturday in BR. Eating breakfast at Luke, then game, dinner at CP.

Can't wait to put on 10lbs this weekend
