Just said on ESPN that agents and their runners should "go to jail" if they are caught paying college athletes....they should be charged by the government as a "criminal"

Multiple states have laws that forbid agents from doing this type of stuff. Alabama and Florida included.

There are various state laws, it would depend on the state. I believe Florida has/had some of the toughest state laws regarding sports agents and amateur athletes.

Not even close. Matich is one of the few CFB analysts on E!spn that i can stomach. He's a very intelligent guy and doesnt say inane things just to get a response.

Not trolling one bit. I dont hang on to his every word, but i think he is a bright, intelligent guy who knows what he is talking about. I think hes the least biased of all the ESPN analysts and most professional of all of them. Hes not a "shock jock" and has never said anything nearly as outrageous as Bayless.
