There is nothing you can do about it at this time. A few users have been doing this for a long time. If you adjust this, you would have to go back and adjust a lot of games and I believe that is unfair to have you do that.
Also, do the users in this league not check the scoreboard? Someone should have been noticed this, multiple people have lost with their opponent going over the starts limit.

I never noticed this. I thought it would automatically cap your starts once you hit 28. You'd think everyone would just set their lineups accordingly.

Im a big proponent in following the rules. I really didn't know about the stipulation until last week. I have an idea what side I would take in the argument, but wont make a fuss because my team sucks and Im not making the playoffs anyway. I do think a decision shouldn't be made until Coach D and TTT weigh in because they have gone over the 28 starts the most.

I've actually benched players in the past on Sunday because I didn't know I could go above 28.

This is what makes it a hard situation, I understand your viewpoint and its possible you could have won if you would have known you could have gone over, at the same time, it is hard for me to be upset at others for just following the rules as stated.

I always set my lineup with 28 in mind. I don't know if I'm more upset that the rule reads that way or that people aren't taking the limit into account when they set their lineups.

I was under the impression that if you went over the limit the stats wouldn't accumulate(which makes sense imo)
