I know there are a few out, which one is the good one? I remember hearing that one was awesome and the others crap.

You want the Walking Dead game by the developer Telltale Games. You're in luck because it's the weekend deal on Steam, 75% off.
However, the page for the game isn't loading for me right now. I'd try it later because the deal doesn't expire until Monday. You'll see the deal on the right under "Weekend Deal."

yea, the one from Telltale is badass. One of the best old school adventure type game I have played.

In the same way "The Walking Dead" is based on the graphic novel series of the same name (not the television show), Telltale's new game, titled "The Wolf Among Us," is based on the popular graphic novel series "Fables."

The series is pretty popular so I don't get why they changed the name. I guess they didn't want the game confused with "Fable" but I don't think that would be very likely to happen considering how different the games would be.
