Yahoo league, no return yards or tds for individual players. Hope they adjust it because I don't remember this happening in the past.

This is my question. My opponent has Denver's D and the fumble shows for WW instead of the D.

Espn and Yahoo both didn't take away from Welker

The D can't fumble.

This might open a can of worms but it is also argued every year with the leagues that I play in. IMO, defense and special teams are separate from positional players. A positional player shouldn't receive or, in this case, lose points for performance on special teams.

In my Yahoo league, Welker has a fumble on the stat line. Are you seeing differently? It wasn't showing up on my app when in landscape mode for the stats. Actually, no stats were updating there. I had to tap the player's name then go to the stats tab.

That's dumb. He should get -2....If he returned it for a touchdown he'd get points. That's how Harvin has gotten points in years past

Our league doesn't have any return yardage or td points for position players.

You on ESPN? ESPN standard leagues give you a touchdown for returns, no yardage though obviously

Again, still a DST play. Unless individual return plays count.

All depends how the league is. My league is the D will get the points on a return td, mot the player. So welker shouldn't get deducted for a fumble. But they have him as -2 for the fumble loss.

Yahoo league btw

Yahoo

ETA: And in this league it's -1 for a fumble and an additional -2 for a fumble lost.

If he had scored a TD that would go to the D. So he fumbles and gets -2? Makes no sense.

Not totally true, individual players get return TD's in my Yahoo league. No yards if they return the TD but the player and the DST get the 6. But I set up my league that way.

I'm in a few leagues like that but both due to a league vote on the rule. I'm aure we could both argue valid points each way. The one I have welker in doesn't have any individual return points though.
