Depends on perspective. If you're talking about being the most dominant with fewest mistakes probably Oregon, but if you are talking about answering questions and getting big wins probably LSU, Washington or Clemson.

You have to like Clemson and LSU. That's the benefit of playing important games early. The downfall....teams like Ohio state will still be ranked #2 because of an idiotic preseason poll. No rankings until week 6!!!!

Clemson has won the biggest game so far, so I can see why they would get the nod, but they pretty much did what they were expected to do. LSU probably looked the best compared to what was expected out of them. I was also impressed with Oklahoma State dominating their game even though they could only muster up 21 points.

I respect Bama, and want them to destroy the Aggies, but if you think Bama looked good, I don't know what to tell you.

It was impressive that Bama was able to dominate a game without much offensive firepower. But if you think that Virginia Tech offense is anything close to a BCS caliber team, you couldn't be more wrong.

Bama had a TD from all three phases of the team by the second quarter.

I hate bammer, but they looked like a damn machine most of that game.

Really? Offensively, namely their expected weakness on Oline was confirmed. They are going to lose to A&M, and be in tough games in the SEC this year against anyone who can score. VaTech wasn't very good.

Bama - 206 yds total offense. AJ barely 100 yds passing... They did not let off the gas either. They played very poorly on offense
