Looks great, and it's about time. Never sat in more dilapidated seats for a college game than our trip to Washington in 2009. Everything outside of the stadium was great but the broken down bleachers and track were pathetic.

Looks like the Huskies now have a stadium that matches their beautiful surroundings.

There definitely is. There just wasn't too many pictures taken of the concessions, plus they are hidden behind those garage doors with pictures.

they should have definitely wrapped the endzone. im not sure what you mean by obstructing the view. its two little triangle areas that would be filled in, and not as tall as the jumbotron.

They don't want to close that end. They want to leave it with an open feeling towards Lake Washington and the Cascades. They will never close that end. They even made sure that the jumbotron wasn't too big so it wouldn't obstruct the view.

It would only obstruct the view for the people in the lower bowl. Everyone else would have an incredible view.

I just think it is a mistake. Imagine how much better it would be if it were enclosed.

and only slightly more. their view is already mostly blocked from the endzone bleachers. it was silly not to wrap it around in the corners.

The people on the sidelines in the lower bowl can still see the lake and everything. Like I was saying though, they just wanted to keep that open feel towards the lake and also make it as similar to the old stadium as possible.

It was.

Yep. He was awesome in 2011 and sucked in 2012. Everyone is curious which Price shows up this year.

In his defense wasn't his offensive line in shambles last year? The few games I watched he was running for his life. His oline was really bad. I thought there were many injuries and freshmen were forced to start?

Yeah. I think we lost like 6 of our top 8 offensive linemen. The entire line was Freshmen and Sophomores.

I completely agree. Their view is mostly blocked by the endzone bleachers anyhow.

They way the stadium appears right now gives an impression that the stadium is actually unfinished. Also, it makes it look sort of high schoolish.

If they had simply wrapped around the lower bowl, the stadium would be FAR more badass.

It just appears unfinished.

TDawg, looking forward to seeing your team in 2 weeks (heading to the game in Chicago vs Illinois).

Now, if only I can make it out to Husky Stadium

Damn if I was a recruit those facilities would definitely help sway my decision. I wish LSU would renovate the inside of Tiger Stadium.

Tiger Stadium does look like that in the rich areas which he posted.

My favorite team to watch west of the Mississippi. Renovations look badass.

They're never going to do that. If expansion is needed, the plans are for the other end zone.

I thought about going to that game, but I've been to Chicago already and I think the atmosphere is going to be kind of dull since it's off campus. It would still be a fun trip though. I just would prefer to go to road games with awesome atmospheres like the LSU game.
