Fat Tire was my go to when I could get it and I think it really is a tasty beer.

Trippel would be my go to beer at a bar with FT and BMC.

edited: I do like the Trippel so there's that.

Ranger IPA I'll do it, but just to switch up the taste buds from the Trippel. Really bad IPA IMO better than Jockamo, but that's about it.

Sunshine, nah...

1554 I thought was good but no one carries it around here.
Third Shift I think was a good effort but doesn't meet the mark.

Long story short .... Too Late...

JMO I think New Belgium, ( while I'm glad they are here,) misses the mark on a really good beer.

Thoughts?

I like them all. I like the IPA a little more than you do I think.

It's flat, sort of hoppy. First bite is hoppy but then the flavors don't mesh right with that initial hoppy bite. Kinda feels like I'm drinking a Bitter Fat Tire.

I've never had a good New Belgium beer....and I've had quite a few of them. Well, I had Rampant on draft and it was good. But the bottled version is lacking. And I had a collaboration they did with a small brewer that was good...can't recall the small guy.

I've enjoyed several from the Lips of Faith Series. I also like Trippel.

Dig was enjoyable when I drank it in Texas. Unfortunately, it appears NB and/or the distributors are pretty much over-saturating Louisiana selves with too much Fat Tire to allow room for any Dig over here.

It's not the greatest beer in the world or anything. I prefer Trippel.

However, out of the NB beers, it's amongst my Top 3. I like it better than Fat Tire, 1554 and Rolle.
