Trade Luck & C2K for Peyton & DMC?

I need to upgrade a qb. I have Luck (qb1) & C2K (flex/rb3). Other team has Manning (qb2) & DMC (rb4). 8-team league standard scoring.

Is the league PPR or standard? I'd probably do it, if its PPR because Cobb isn't that much of a downgrade from cj2k
