Can't decided if I like this trade. Any Help?

I am in a league with 7 keepers. My keepers are
Joe Flacco
Doug Martin
Rashard Mendenhall
Dez Bryant
De'sean Jackson
Mike Wallace
Tony Gonzonlez
I have the second pick in the Draft
The proposed trade nets me the number fourth overall pick, Colin Kaepernik, and Pierre Garcon. I give up Flacco, Dez Bryant and Mike Wallace.
On the surface I wouldn't accept, but if I accept I will be able to select two of the four including Lamar Miller, Eddy Lacy, Hakeem Nicks, or Antonio Brown. Also Kaepernik is a huge improvement over Flacco.
