America Online

I read something the other day that claimed "at one point, 50% of the CD's produced worldwide had an AOL logo on it."

I believe it. They were in our mailboxes weekly after my parents canceled it. You could pick them up by the stack at random retail stores. Lots of violent frisbee wars occurred in our house.

Last time I went home my dad had an AOL floppy laying around. For some reason he won't throw it away.

My first computer was some kind of Tandy.

What do you think people's perception of America Online cd's will be 100 years down the road?
