Creating a Custom Image Help

I have always joked with my friends that a hot girl with a skee ball back tattoo would be awesome.
Can anyone help me by making the image? I have very limited photoshop skills.

Hahaha those two are great. Definitely have the right idea thanks. Maybe make the 100 cups on the shoulder blades and the lowest target on the lower back (like a normal tramp stamp). It can be just the targets and not the frame. Again it does have to be that girl, that was just an example. A model (no biggins) bare backed. Different girl, different position is fine. Obviously no nudity.
