Does anyone know where you can find a Clip of this from 2 years ago. Trying to talk a little trash with a buddy and can't find it on YouTube.

YouTube the game itself and then fast forward to it. Or can you not find the game at all?

the commentator bitching at the end of this game killed it. Les telling the offense to sit on the ball was completely the right call. it was already the worst beating by LSU over Ole Miss in history of us playing each other and running up the middle would've only been 7 more points.

I'm a fan of killer instincts and scoring as many points as you can but I think kneeling on the ball with 5 minutes and change was the right call to make.

No win situation. Les made the better of the two calls.

Worst part, Mett actually scored on the boot and they marked it at the 1. Pretty sure he audibled to that play. Pissed Les off and he took a timeout. After that he called for the 4 knees.

I'm pretty sure it was said that Mett did audible to that bootleg. During the original broadcast of the game I honestly thought that they were going to give him the touchdown. He did reach the ball into the end zone and hit the pylon with it...

either way. kneeling was the right call. Les didn't look too happy that he had to call 4 straight knees to end that drive either.

Haha...I couldn't help but watch De'Anthony Thomas Highlights after the LSU-Ole Miss video was over.

No one likes to talk about the right reverend doing the same thing to us in 2008

Play was a normal run and he tucked it. A player on the sideline told him he wouldn't and he did. He scored, Les ran down and said don't count it. Then Kneeled the ball because they shouldn't have been in that position.

I want to do some Wisconsin, Oregon type shite. Run up the score 70, 80 points with your second string midway through the first. IMO if they hadn't cheated us out of that Ford touchdown, Bama wouldn't have gotten a second shot.

We should run up the score so people can't say TAMU was only 5 points away from beating us or coming a hair from losing against UNC with backups on D.

I think you can call off the dogs, but sometimes Les thinks our margin is greater than it is. WVU for example. That game looked all but over and suddenly we needed a KO return to swing it back our way.

Get up by 24 plus, then call off the dogs if its late 2nd half.

you're referencing the GoTC Part I in which we beat Bama 9-6? ...Ford did step out of bounds therefore we were not "cheated" out of 6 points. and even if Ford scores that TD Bama still gets Round 2 in Nola 2 months later...that was just the way the system and media wanted the BCSCG to turn out and it did.

This is as I recall it as well, though if I recall correctly Mett said afterwards that he audibled out of the run right into the gut because the D had stacked 10 in the box and it was crazy to keep smashing the RB's into that.

Not his call, obviously...but I seem to remember him saying something to that effect. Anyone else remember?

I remember the play being an audible, that's about it.

Les made the right call by kneeling down with five minutes left. I thought it was a classy move on his part.
