Help with my keeper league...keep Gronk or Jamaal Charles?

Hey, I am in a keeper league where you can keep two players you had from the year before (three year max), but lose your draft pick in the round you picked the player.
I am keeping Spiller, who I drafted in the 7th round and have to decide between Gronkowski in the 15th round (I picked him up off of waivers several years ago) or Jamaal Charles in the second.
I also have the first pick and Arian Foster is available (he had been kept for three years). But now I read that he is hurt, although I don't believe too seriously.
My question is, do I keep Charles and Spiller and then draft Foster and have an unreal 3 RB or do I keep Spiller and Gronk and then draft Foster?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'd let Gronk go...unless you can work a deal to keep then trade him for a pick.

Might as well start counting your winnings right there.

Charles. You'll need that depth and the chance to have 3 elite backs is great. You can always draft gronk....people will be afraid to take a risk. Also, consider Fred Jackson late. Insurance for spiller and still has top 10 ability in the league when he gets touches.

Charles no question
Gronk is an awesome value pick in that round, but the chance to have 3 ELITE running backs is too good to pass up. You'll likely have the scoring advantage against everyone in RB and in Flex

Thanks for the replies everyone. This has been quite the predicament. My other option is to keep Dez Bryant in the fourth, but I think the RB depth is more important.

That's tough with Dez. Too much WR depth in my opinion. If you do go with Dez, you'll be solid at RB/WR

spiller charles foster gives you such an advantage over everyone else,
your starting a RB1 at your flex
This decision is a total no brainer, keeping gronk would be a terrible decision

Last season, I had McCoy, AP, Trent, and Spiller on my team. I was the league's highest scoring team. Go with the 3 headed monster RB tandem.

Dez in the 4th is a steal. I'd actually pair him and spiller. Draft another elite rb.

Ugh. I know it's a good predicament to be in, but I have to turn in my keepers today, which sucks.
