From the second year on how are the drafts and keepers handled.
Example each team has 20 players and must keep at least 16, if a team keeps 16 and drops four how does this affect draft picks next season?
Basically how do you know how many picks a team gets and what order does the league draft?
We are starting one and I am clueless.

You draft in reverse order of finish, anyone that keeps less than the max just gets picks earlier than when the "regular" draft starts in round 17.
