I use LUS fiber for my cable, and I have had no problems with CST.

2 plays, cable messes up, commerical, one play, cable messes up, commerical and repeat

Like i said if you have CST then out it on that channel not fox.

It's CST's broadcast being played on Fox.

Right. But on CST everything is working fine. So it must be a problem with fox. My fox is messed up but CST is not
