Looking for ideas to cook for our Fantasy Draft. Something fairly simple that will not require a lot of time stirring and mixing. Crock Pot Recepies or Something like that

TIA

I'm smoking a 50lb hog, a deer arse, and making duck gumbo.

I'm doing a 2 pork shoulders for my draft. I started a thread earlier about when to apply the rub.

I've already got my injection and mop sauces ready to go!

Also got Baked beans, pickles, BBQ sauce, and potato chips. Bill ran about $65

I think tody is the last day. Did 2 this weekend for the family while on vacation at Crystal Beach. I cooked them in the oven overnight and awoke to the sweet aroma of fresh cooked pork. I think I got the recipe from the recipe book. 8 hours in a 250F oven with a cup of liquid then turn oven off and let sit in unopened oven for 4 hours. Added Sweet Baby Rays to the extra liquid after cooking to make a bbq sauce to mix in to the meat as I pulled it and chipotle sour cream to go with cabbage on a bun. Just about the easiest and maintenance free meal I can whip up. When they are this price it almost makes me want to go buy an extra freezer just for spares.
