The redskins cut former tiger Henderson. Hopefully someone will need a guy this preseason or in the season so he can get another chance. Sorry if Germans

Damn. They are awful at the WR position, too.

Possible return to the Saints for cheap I think. Breaston can't be that much better than him.

That's a random statement.

With the injuries the Saints have had at WR maybe he could get a second look there.

Well Devery was drafted in 2004 and Jason 2005 so I was just saying they both have been around a while.

Unless Devery has really slowed down more than we realize, it would make sense for the Saints to sign him for cheap. He knows the offense and was a deep threat for Brees. Sometimes seemed like he could only catch passes that were at least 25yds.

He's 31 years old. That's ancient in wide receiver land.

He needs to sign a one day contract in NO and retire a Saint, and then move on to selling insurance or whatever these people do once the dream is over.

Always pulled hard for Devery. Had one of the quickest 10 yard burst I can remember at LSU.

He's too expensive, even at the vet minimum. Plus he's older. They have Nick Toon and Kenny Stills waiting to break through.

It's time. And nothing to be ashamed of. He made plenty of dough and has a ring. A lot of guys play a long time and never get there. Older WR's in the NFL are a dime a dozen. There's hundreds of huge name stars still begging for a practice squad spot. But he'll always be a tiger, and always a Saint in my book.

Yes, he is. Devery lost a step he could not afford to lose. He is all but done.
