BP has a rifle combo on sale. Good deal?

Remington 300 mag combo package for 349.99. Don't won't the scope, but is this a good price? I have a 270 and a 30.06. I don't need the gun. Just might get it though. Thoughts?

NO vote here too. Much better rifles out there for not much more money. Especially if you won't be using the glass that it comes with.

It not the worst rifle out there because it was preceded by the Model 710.
I happened to buy the 710 when it first came out as a combo rifle, scope, sling and hard case for $300. I needed something cheap in a hurry for a deer hunt. It's pretty bad but never did fail me. But it hasn't seen light outside the safe in years.

Hell you can get a ruger that is a very good rifle for $300 all day everyday

Academy has some fine inexpensive rifles. (most calibers same price)
