Anyone have recent pictures of the endzone expansion? Also, any guesses as to when the school will decide to expand the other endzone? Any final total capacity guesses after the final expansion?

I don't think it will ever happen. There is a weight room that comes out of the stadium that would have to be removed. It would cover the classic colosseum look. It would also be on top of Mike's cage and the PMAC.

I could see them tearing down an upper deck and rebuild it rather than expand the north.

I think they re-evaluated that nonsense.

You're always saying this. I hope you're right and not just spreading something you made up. I heard the story of Miles saying that and the TAF guy nodding, but I want an official release.

You would think just one media member in this city could get to the bottom of this.

Once upon a time people said we shouldn't close in the lower bowl because we could never ever fill it.

Pessimistic fans talking about attendance is one thing... Structural integrity and the relocation of mike's habitat, the weightroom, and part of the PMAC entrance is another animal.

Miles has lost control of ticket sales.

A bit off topic, but how friendly is the tailgating at LSU? TCU does pride itself on being hospitable hosts. Some teams are great guests: Okla State, Baylor, Iowa State. Others are less than pleasant: Texas Tech, A&M. With a neutral site, do y'all intend to invite TCU fans to pregame (w/ friendly trash talk). Would love to hang out at an authentic crawfish broil. I hear all the '"old wives tales" about LSU, but I have to believe they are spread by Alabama, right?

Crawfish are seasonal. And not in season during football season.

If you're okay with people yelling "TIGER BAIT" at you, and you aren't a douche back, then most will typically offer you beer and food for being a good sport.

I've also found that if you just saddle-up to a tailgate and are cordial to the hosts, then you will be given something to drink and eat.

But I wouldn't expect much around JerryWorld - the tailgating scene sucks.

You don't think 700 degree asphalt as far as the eye can see and tailgating in a days inn parking lot is the way to party? ?

Same.

If the total capacity is in fact going to be ~103,500, it seems it would have been publicized already.
