@MattMoscona: Not sure why this surprised me, but Anthony Jennings ran as 2nd QB today with Rivers 3rd. Full LSU practice report coming soon @1045espn
I know I pointed this out a few weeks ago, but some thought that Jennings may be third behind Rivers based on the practice split.

I hope so but every time we say that it has not turned out good the last couple of years. Hopefully, he's not like Perrilloux.

I'm excited about the potential too but the key word is "today". The only way to get the kid some work with the 1 and 2 receivers is to let him run #2 qb. He's obviously got skills and want to see how he'll respond in this role. Not sure if it'll be a long-term change. We'll see.

I understand your concern, but lsu fans in general are to quick to make assumptions and tear down players.
The kid just got on campus and has given zero indication of any issues.
At least wait till there are warning signs, before you start thinking the worst of lsu players.

Spot on. I'm hoping to maybe see him against UAB to get him acclimated to Tiger Stadium. It can be a scary place to play..for the tigers or against us.

It was fun watching him in the spring game. Made great decisions and some very nice throws

He has been splitting time with Rivers. Hill ran with 3s today. Is he our 3rd team back now?
