Looks a hell of a lot better than the first one, but I'll still keep my expectations in check due to how pumped I was for Iron Man 3.

Giant MEH for me. I'll still see it because I do like the comic book genre for the most part, but Thor was easily at or near the bottom of the list of comic movies.
I do like the guy who plays Loki though, and obviously Idris Elba.

I didn't see the first one until a while after it was already out on DVD because I never much cared for Thor. But I really liked the first one - one of my favorites from the "Phase One" Marvel movies. So I'm looking forward to this, and that trailer was pretty solid.

nice trailer. looks like it's more asgard centered, which imo was when the first movie was much better.

Natalie Portman's character in the first one was totally contrived and the "relationship" was completely forced. Nearly ruined the first one for me.

The great thing that Marvel has done is have all of these different films in the same universe yet keep their individual style. And this seems to continue that trend. Much appreciated from the fans. (And I feel WB/DC are going the opposite direction, everything will have the same look and feel).

I'm pretty sure there is one, he just wasn't in that preview.
I liked the preview. But as I said last night, I like a lot of the pieces of the Thor movies, I just thought the first one was lackluster. I think having a GoT director and more of a fantasy setting will make this a better movie.
