Same here. Thor realizing the error of his ways and changing overnight was ridiculous too. They really could have used a little montage there of hm spending some time in that little town and how it changed him

I almost geeked out when I saw that. That boat was prominent in some of the first Thor comics I ever read waaaayyy back in the day.

Glad Marvel is giving Loki a strong screen presence. They know that character (thanks to Hiddleston's underappreciated portrayal of him) is top notch and are giving the people what they want.

I never got the impression that Hiddleston's portrayal was under appreciated. Seems like it has been pretty well received. Think he even won a couple of MTV awards (I know, I know it's MTV, but it's still appreciation).
Something that I never realized till I googled Hiddleston before posting this is that he is the same guy that played Scott Fitzgerald in Midnight in Paris. That took me by surprise.
